Korfball
MatchGear fully supports korfball. This page explains in which ways the korfball version of MatchGear differs from other sports.
The korfball version consists of the following screens in the given order:

Shot clock
You have the ability to keep track of the 25-seconds shot-clock.
To start the shot-clock, go to the timer screen and long-press the screen while the timer is ticking. The watch will shortly vibrate and the countdown at the bottom of the screen will start ticking.
The shot-clock will automatically vibrate and reset as soon as it reaches zero. You can stop the shot-clock with the same gesture as you started the shot-clock with.
Time-outs and substitutions
You can use the game events screen to track substitutions and time-outs during a korfball match.

Overtime
MatchGear allows you to easily continue to overtime after every game. To begin overtime, pause the timer and press the options button at the top. Click on 'Start overtime' and set the duration of each overtime period and break.
MatchGear will transfer over the current score to overtime automatically.
Score
Apart from being able to keep track of the current score, MatchGear allows you to set the following korfball-specific goal types:
- Field goal
- Penalty goal
Cards
For korfball, the following cards are available:
- Yellow card
- The suspension duration can be set or disabled from the settings menu.
- Red card
- Permanent suspension.
